I have founded Leaders With Presence for our fast changing world. Humanity needs new ways of leading if we are to create a better NOW and a thriving future for us ALL. Drawing from my own journey, my experience as a leader; my work teaching and coaching leaders across the globe - I see new ways for you to learn and grow - new ways to think and act innovatively for ‘as yet unthought of’ results. New ways anchored in connection to and reflection on your presence in the context of your leadership.
Beyond my professional life I find my balance through music and community. I believe in people, I believe in you! You make things happen.

Right now Humanity needs the very best leaders we can find because we are collectively facing some seemingly impossible to solve problems.
Blair Shepperd, in his book "Ten Years to Midnight: Four Urgent Global Crises and Their Strategic Solutions" (2020) identifies
1. Adverse effects of climate change; 2. Misinformation and fake news; 3. Political polarization and extremism; 4. Income and wealth inequality; and 5. Disruption from emerging technologies as key challenges for our 21st Century. Following the recent profound disruption caused by the COVID 19 pandemic we might add 6. Health Crises, to the list.
As humans, when we slow this down and think about it, we know that progress is only possible through collective action, innovative thinking, and a shared commitment to finding solutions.
Effective leaders who are flexible, agile, compassionate, curious and courageous will make all the difference! To participate in a collaborative process a leader needs to be present - available in the present moment.
When you are preoccupied with your a short term agenda; overwhelmed or distracted the people around you feel unheard, unappreciated and frustrated.
